The company is name UNICORN FREEDOM has created International glamour photo shoots and will now find and produce work with glamour & bikini models in the philippines.

*****The Role*****
-This position will report directly to the CEO.
-Full Time Appointment booker for Bikini Models Photo shoots. You must find & book 30-60 models a month.
-Provide support to the CEO in his daily duties related to the business and model management.
-Ensure the right candidates of models to be hired or directed to castings and provide oversight of the team.


*****Responsibility*****
- Provide high quality resourcefulness in research and creating a database of potential talents in the Metro , also outside of Manila if the models are willing to travel.
-Ensure that models clearly understand what is expected of them if they accept an invitation to work with the company and to work with zero tardiness.
-To be a good communicator & networker and make this high value opportunity attract only the best of the best.
-To ensure that the models keep a high morale and motivated at all times and that they look forward to their job
-To ensure all written materials produced by the company (websites, electronic mails and messages) are good enough to understand , to Excellent English.
-To help the company improve the marketing processes, communication to its models and other people the company works with.
-To let Neil know 4 weeks in advance if work can not be done in a certain week
-To be professional and represent Neil and the company well in all dealings with any organization or human .
-To always have access to company email & number with credit so that you can write & call people and companies whenever it’s needed
-To check and answer emails at the latest every or within 24 hours from Monday -Saturday
-To never do work that’s going to cost money unless Neil green lights It (unless something else has been agreed upon).
-You get monthly salary breakdown every 15 days and you accept penalties if you don’t follow through with your work. Also you will get bonuses when you do your work consistently

*****Requirements*****

- Must be socially intelligent, a great communicator, and a natural networker
- Must have a big social circle, know 100s of people and be able to communicate and befriend anyone (a social butterfly)
- Must be able to be disagreeable and “strict” in communication.
- You must be comfortable with being result oriented; You need to book 30+ model appointments every month.
- Must be available to work 8 hours a day from home, 6 days a week,
- Must have a high-speed internet with NO slow, intermittent connection issues during working hours.
- Must have a back up Mobile Hotspot in case of an emergency or unexpected Power Outage.
- Must be reliable, efficient and great at time management.
- Must want to grow, study new skill-sets, and possess a positive can-do attitude when solving entrepreneurial problems.
- You will have to work and solve problems alone from home.
- Must know when to ask for help and honest at all times.
- Must be able to take directions from multiple communication channels including but not limited to voice messages.
- Ability to do simple graphic designs is a plus.
- Previous experience in the modeling industry and with photo shoots is a plus but not a must.
- Being able to travel and be physically present during photo shoots at least once a week in Manila is a plus but not a must.



*****Results*****
1st month:
To get 32 models that fit our criteria to come to a shoot/casting and to be there on time and BE excited to do the work.
3-5 Models need to come at each of these dates ( will be released soon )
2nd Month:
To get 68 models.
Full Schedule with days and times will follow
