Looking for skilled Wordpress Web Developers to own development and maintenance work for our client's websites.

We run a Digital Marketing agency primarily focused on designing and building high-quality, custom websites for small to medium businesses. Our business model is heavily focused around performance not just looks and functionality and so everything we do needs to have that in mind.

We require someone to take over the maintenance of our existing sites as well as new build work for new clients & projects.

We've recently hired a web designer; therefore, your primary responsibility will be to build out the proposed designs. With that said, I want the person in this role to have a voice on design as well as the freedom to make adjustments as necessary to compliment the development process or to enhance the user experience.

We require someone very experienced who can take ownership of this role and who requires minimal supervision and training. This is deefinitely not an entry level developer position as we have fairly tight deadlines for our clients and so the work needs to be of a high quality and turned around in a timely manner.
