The first thing to get a position with us you must be willing to go through an interview process. These are tips to get hired with us so you know this clear now.
1. Show up on time for our meetings. Why? Hiring across the world you only have so many ways to make sure a new hire will show up but even more important show up on time.
2. Follow directions in the hiring process. This means if you asked to email for a time to talk with certain info please follow the steps. Why? So we know you can follow simple directions.

Grammar is a must if you are not advanced in Grammar, please do not apply. We need a person fluent in English Writing and Spoken. Must have a VoIP or phone service etc. Must log time worked on Upwork to get paid.
This position is in the residential real estate field. Applicants must have prior Real Estate VA experience. Our company is in the business of buying, renovating and selling residential real estate.

I am looking for someone who is proactive, self-starter, responsible, responsive and communicative. More importantly, this individual must be dedicated to working on pacific time.

Daily tasks include but not limited to;

-Sending out daily emails to real estate agents/home owners on my behalf
-Filling out scripts and entering leads into database
-Following up on the emails.
-You will also be doing online marketing to generate additional real estate leads from posting ads on craigslist, to searching the MLS, to more advanced online lead generation efforts.
-You will have to then run CMA’s – Competitive Market Analysis on the property to enter into the database as well.
- Other marketing projects may be given to you as well.
-Calling Buyers, Sellers & Real Estate agents for additional info
- Hours may increase depending on skills and computer skills.
- Online marketing experience a definite plus.


Your qualifications:

-must be dedicated to working on Pacific Time
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred
- Broadband Internet connection
-must be on top of the leads.
- Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
- A complete Upwork profile
- References or an established reputation on Upwork preferred

This will start at 15-20 hours a week and build up to 40 hours as a full-time long term permanent position.
