Full-time SEO expert – long term, result-oriented

We need a full-time SEO person for optimisation of our websites. The person should be an expert in SEO, SEM, SMM with at least 7 years of proven experience.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Complete SEO Analysis of websites
2. Full on-page and off-page optimisation
3. Measuring improvements in SE rankings
4. Measuring efforts that lead to improvement


QUALIFICATION CRITERIA (STRICTLY REQUIRED)
1. At least 7 years of proven experience in SEO, SEM and SMM
2. Excellent English speaker (no compromise on that)
3. Analytical and measuring abilities
4. Can work on our Project FULL-TIME
5. Can Provide REFRENCES (that we will check) of past clients.
6. Can provide their SEO Philosophy and a concrete PLAN before moving ahead

PROPOSAL:
We will pay $1000/per month for a full-time person that matches the above criteria.
We are willing to enter into a year-long contract for this job.
