Part-time Virtual Assistant

DESCRIPTION:

I am an author, speaker, and online teacher. I am looking for someone to work:

- 10 hours/week (20+ hours a week after 3-month trial)
- $4/hour (moving up to $5/hour after 3-month trial)

REQUIREMENTS

- Proficient at English
- Must be organized
- Self-motivated
- A quick learner


Danny’s tasks in job posting:

- Responding to emails in support inbox
- Calendar management
- Updating and managing procedures
- Research tasks (I may require you to video of what you learn)
- Submitting daily task briefs
- Uploading, formatting & scheduling pre-written posts in WordPress
- Clean up Wordpress blogposts
- Uploading videos to YouTube
- Basic graphic creation using Canva
- Social media posts & scheduling (Instagram & Facebook) I use Later for Instagram scheduling
- Uploading content & scheduling newsletters in Kartra (very easy to use)
- Research and send emails for podcast, radio & TV interviews (templates will be provided)


TRAINING PROTOCOL:

The first 30 days will be me handing you tasks with Zoom video explainers. If you run into roadblocks, this is your procedure:

1. Open up a Private Message with me in our messaging app
2. Use this template for your message:
