Real Estate Marketing Coordinator

We are a real estate firm in Seattle Washington focusing in assiting individuals and families during their home purchase and sale. We are looking for a new team member to perform the role of a digital marketing coordinator who perform the following duties:
advertize through our social media channels
keep a clean database of clients through infusion soft
launching the proper automated nurturing campaigns for home buyer and sellers


Full Time Position
Working Schedule USA Pacific Time
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
10am-6pm
Tuesday & Thursday 12pm-8pm

Compensation
A) First 90 days $600/m
B) After 180 days and demonstrated ability to seamlessly engage in real estate text and email dialogs that lead to conversion, compensation is increased to $700/m
C) 13th month paid in December

Requirements
Previous experience working in a real estate environment required
Proven Sales skills and good quality conversations to write real estate content
past copy writing experience
