Real Estate Marketing / Leads

I am looking for a person that is an expert in social media marketing. I need someone to market the brand and produce leads through social media and other programs available. This includes posting, maintaining, and updating social and constant communication with the clients that are coming from these sources. The goal is to bring 1 or more qualified lead a day willing and able to buy or sell a property today. Small tasks may be presented upon requirement.
