Social Media Manager

Hello, I'm the owner of a creative agency in the Midwest and I need ongoing assistance with social media management and social media engagement for my clients at our agency. I'm currently preparing to onboard 3 new clients and I'm prepping to scale and grow my agency further in the next year. I have some amazing clients and I do the social media strategy but need a virtual assistant who has a strong understanding of all social media platforms so they can create the content (I'll give copy and direction) and help optimize the platforms to grow them. I am a female entrepreneur who believes in building up everyone that I work with so I like to give direct feedback to help mentor you as well! And, I am happy to offer incentives in pay once the accounts show growth!

I would like to start with a part-time role (about 60 hours a month), but if we can show success, I'd like to move full time as soon as possible with the right individual! I really want to create an ongoing relationship that is not only financially lucrative but fun for both of us!

Here's a list of the required skills and responsibilities:
-Strong attention to detail (this is very important as misspelled words on social posts can make my clients look bad)
-Ability to create designs in Canva and/or Adobe PhotoShop
-Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram and how to post/manage accounts
-Light video editing skills
-Comfortable putting together or executing on an outbound IG strategy (likes, comments for accounts)
-Ability to proofread content
-Understands what type of content looks great on social platforms and can edit or adjust as needed
-Can take direction and quickly roll with the punches
-Flexible work hours so that time zones (I'm in America) matches up


Here's some additional skills that are preferred but not required (just a bonus if you have them):
*Ability to create GIF's (short animated videos) that are 30-seconds or less
**Blogging or writing experience optimizing posts for SEO
***Has references to show they've helped taken an Instagram account from a low following to a significantly higher following
****YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest knowledge
