Marketing Assistant

This position is a Marketing Assistant to Cindy Graf of Cindy Graf Consulting LLC. This part time position is essential to the day-to-day operations of Cindy Graf Consulting. It focuses on the administrative, marketing and day-to-day expediting of various projects of CGC. The position also requires knowledge of digital marketing software. Creating funnels and campaigns online, maintaining associations with affiliate partners, coordinating the customers of Cindy Graf Consulting online and ---------- sential Job Functions
• Spa project management to include:
o Customizing template materials for marketing book
o Researching competitive pricing for each account
o Creating a professional market analysis for clients.
o Monitoring the Timeline to Launch for each account
o Monitoring and expediting of marketing materials production with Affordable Image for your accounts
• Database maintenance
• Reviewing the systems to improve the flow.
• Some marketing piece ads creation and editing
• Follow up with customers needs on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Researching products and buys for our spa members
• Coordinating monthly newsletter and blog online.
• Setting up Facebook live meeting with customers
• Running Level 2 Members and recruiting new clients for Level 2
Requirements
• Knowledge of medical spa operations and services performed by Cindy Graf Consulting
• Keep current by reading and attending courses related to the medical spa industry.

Other Skills/Abilities
• Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Suite
• Ability to work as a team member in a rapidly growing business
