T-Shirt designer for German shirts

Hello,

I am searching for a good and experienced Shirt designer for a long term relationship who can make the following types:
- textdesigns
- vector designs
- text and vector designs mixed
- the topics are different from hobbys up to jobs, animals and so on.

For me it is very important that:
- you have several years of work experience in designing shirts
- you make your own designs and not just copy other designs
- you have to draw all of your designs of your own, so do not use any vectors or graphics from online portals!
- you have basic German skills so that you can make german shirts
- you don't hurt any copyrights of any designs or fonts

I need all the comercial rights from you that I can use the designs and a fully editable Adobe Illustrator file.

The payment will be for each design. I will order between 50 to 100 designs per month.
I will pick two or three designer and I will give to them 2 or 3 example designs (of course I will pay for the shirts). The best wil get the job.
If you make a very good job, you will get a bonus (depending on the salesquantity of the shirts, it will be individual and can not be guaranteed.
