Results X Factor startup based in the Netherlands. We help our clients to increase their business through coaching, sales, and marketing. We are a small business (solopreneur) looking to grow while working with serious freelancers for the long term.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main tasks will consist of preparing the work for the sales representatives. This means, doing web research to come with a list of leads for the sales representatives. We find leads on google, all social media platforms, and youtube. You will be trained, guided and supported in order for you to do a good job. Also, some administrative tasks might be given to you from time to time.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
Dutch. You should be able to read, write and understand ---------- is not required for you to speak dutch. Our communications will be in English. But as we are based in the Netherlands, the web search for leads will be on dutch websites and some times you will need to watch some videos in dutch as well.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Amount of Hours = 40 hours/week
Compensation = 18.000 Php per month for 40 hours/week

WORK PROCESS
1st week = +/- 10 hours of training + 15 hours practice = 25 hours in total
2nd week = +/- 10 hours of training + 20 hours practice = 30 hours in total
3rd week = +/- 5 hours of training + 30 hours of work = 35 hours total
4th week = 40 hours work
after the 4th week, we will continue with 40 hours work week.

If you want to work less than 40 hours/week it is also possible. This can be discussed. After the training period, we will have a trial period of 1 month where we both can see if this is a collaboration that is right for both parties.
