AWS Specialist

Hello!
I am searching for an AWS specialist for a small, but long-term project. We have an AWS account with several web services, MSSQL, IIS and Docker. We need to have this small network maintained and administered on a regular basis. Occasinally, more clients may need our assistance.

What the specialist needs to know:
AWS - medior level
Docker
IIS,
MSSQL,
Networking stuff - load balancers, DNS, firewall, SSL etc
