Virtual Assistant - Personal Assistant

We are looking for an expert customer service representative with experience working in E-commerce, specifically Shopify. We currently have a thriving team and we are looking for a new member.

You will be trained by our current Standards Operations Procedures, and be provided ongoing support with our staff. When you apply, include the word einstein and tell us your previous Virtual Assistant / Personal Assistant, or Marketing experience.

Requirements:
- Experience using Google Apps
- Experience doing Personal Assistant for E-commerce stores.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests on Webcam and Texts in perfect English
- Perform activities according to our policy
- Re-send products to customers when needed
- Issue refunds according to our refund policy
- Create Content for Marketing as needed
- Display a high level of professionalism at all times
