Customer Service VA

We are looking for a customer service VA for our e-commerce store. We do dropshipping so you-re going to be dealing with suppliers and customers, you're in-between. We're looking for someone to build a long-lasting relationship. We're growing and need more team members to keep up!

Examples of your work may be:
- Answer customer email inquiries and follow through to completion;
- Process customer returns & refunds;
- Communicating with your manager regarding outstanding orders & other shipping issues;

Skills required:
- Detail orientated & organised;
- Ability to problem solve & work independently;
- Excellent written communication skills;
