Graphic Design - Photoshop Expert

I am looking for someone experienced in graphic design and Photoshop as we will be creating templates for photographers to use within Photoshop. This job would be for 5-10 hours per week and I am looking for someone that is hard-working, honest, and dedicated with a strong knowledge of Photoshop and creating marketing collateral templates in Photoshop.
