Lead Generation Specialist

Join the amazing team at Thrive Internet Marketing Agency! We are a high-powered digital marketing agency growing rapidly and looking for a rock star Lead Generation Specialist to work with our Demand Generation Team.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop Strong Understanding of our services and processes to effectively communicate with clients
- Cultivate high-quality B2B lead prospect lists from a variety of channels then organize and verify the data to ensure its quality and accuracy
- Work in conjunction with Sales Team to determine ideal lead prospect requirements and industries
- Prospecting, finding new customers
- Research of potential organizations and contacts from a variety of sources and channels
- Continually update and maintain data quality
- Work with internal systems to qualify lead prospects
- CRM Data Entry
- Reach out to existing customers for referrals
- Will need to have excellent U.S. English writing and verbal skills

Compensation:
$693.33 USD per month ($8,320 a year)
Eligible for up to $693.33 USD bonus at the end of the year (Prorated the first-year base on start date)
$30 USD/month for internet and $10 USD/month for hotspot reimbursement

The individual will need to work U.S. hours.
