JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there,

I run a small digital marketing agency and I’m looking to hire a part- time assistant/project manager. You will be directly reporting to me and be responsible for a few things:

1) Finding and submitting proposals on Upwork
2) Communicating with Prospects & Booking Sales Calls
3) On-boarding Client and helping with client communication
4) Other tasks as needed

I’ll go into the details of each of the tasks if you are selected. All training will be provided:

SALARY:

This will be a full time position.

1) Base Salary:

- A weekly wage of $48 USD (200$ USD/month)

2) Commission:

You will be helping me speak with prospects and schedule sales calls. If you schedule a sales call and I end up closing them, I will give you a ---------- order to be eligible for the bonus, you will also need to help me onboard the client and help them get set-up.

Here’s the commission structure:

Sale Amount |--------| Your Commission ---------- $ |--------|10$ ---------- $ |------| 25$
2000$+ |--------| 35$

Other bonuses will be included as well. I will discuss this in full with you if you move to the next stage.

SKILLS NEEDED:

(1) Experience sending proposals on upwork
(2) Able to read and write in english
(3) Familiarity with Facebook Ads is also a nice to have (you don't need to have this)
(4) Familiarity with Google Ads is also a nice to have (you don't need to have this)
