Graphic Design & Basic WordPress Virtual Assistant

I'm looking for an amazing full time graphics Virtual Assistant who also has the ability to manage multiple WordPress sites. This is not a technical position. Because we use popular drag and drop templates, we need someone who is familiar with WordPress and knows basic HTML and CSS to ensure pages and posts are formatted properly.

Graphic work would consist of things such as: creating video thumbnails, Facebook banners, website headers, infographics, and PDFs. Editing images to include text for social media.

Website work would consist of things such as posting (not writing) blog posts, creating basic landing pages and sales pages (we use a simple drag and drop WordPress theme), making basic site edits such as changing menus, updating colors across the site, changing page headers, etc.


You must have strong communication and organizational skills.

You won't have to handle customer emails but we have a small team of other contractors that you will be working alongside. You shouldn't be afraid to ask questions and get clarification when needed.

We use an online project management system so we all know what needs to be done, who's doing something and when it needs to be completed by. We'll teach you how to best use that system so you can always see what's coming up for your tasks.
