Social Media Expert

I am in need of a EXPERT social media expert who is highly experience with Instagram and has GREAT WRITING SKILLS and CREATIVITY. This person will have to do the following:

INSTAGRAM
Go through various photo content and select an image
Go through various video content to select 60 second Video Clips using WeVideo (we will train how to do this part)
Edit video in Clipscribe software to add subtitles and Meme Caption
Post (3x) day on Instagram
Write captions that match the content
Add top performing hashtags for the content
Respond to all comments and direct messages with good writing skills
Post Email Request via Stories once a day with an attractive image and call to action to build email list
Direct Message coaching clients with motivational quotes daily
Set up paid shout-outs with accounts and manage the post and engagement
Comment and Engage with Group Engagement/Feature Accounts
