Video Editor

I'm looking for a regular and consistent video editor for my YouTube travel vlog. I have about a dozen videos on my channel now but want to focus on other areas of the business by outsourcing the video editing. I'd like to release two to three videos per week depending on the week. I'll record everything and send over the files and would have videos be between 4 and 10 minutes depending on the type of video (travel or talking head).
