Experienced Cold Caller

We are a real estate wholesaling and investment company looking to hire hard working, motivated professional cold callers with experience in the real estate industry.


Duties:

· Identify qualified leads

· Cold call perspective buyers and sellers and schedule follow up phone calls and appointments.

· Maintain an organized contact follow-up system using Povio CRM and Mojo Dialer.


Requirements:


· Excellent English and grammar skills.
· Strong phone skills.
· Experience Identifying qualified leads.
· Prefer some experience cold calling in the real estate industry.
· Outgoing personality and ability to connect with people to gather information.
· Previous experience and proven success in telemarketing.
