VA for Diabetic Supplies

You would be sending prescription faxes for diabetic supplies from our system to Doctor's Offices.
DUTIES:
1. First you would verify their fax number which can be found online.
2. Login to our system which will create a PDF with all information prefilled.
3. You then send email which automatically sends fax.
4. Call Doctor's office 2 hours later through our dialer to verify they received fax
5. If Doctor's office does not return signed form in 2 days, you would call doctors office through our dialer to request they send back.
6. All actions: Faxing and Calling you would update in our Zoho CRM
