The marketing assistant should be able to perform the following duties:
Perform basic search and research functions on LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Maintain attention to detail in managing relationships and connections within LinkedIn.
Willingness to learn various functions of LinkedIn, as necessary. Must take initiative to use LinkedIn “help” functions in order to work independently and without daily supervision.
The marketing assistant must be able to perform basic data entry, entering and correcting data within an Excel workbook.
He or she must be willing and able to carry on conversations on LinkedIn messenger, using provided talking points. Must know when LinkedIn messenger conversations present an opportunity that should result in immediate contact of the employer.
Experience using LinkedIn SalesNavigator preferred, but not required.
Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute.
Must have daily access to 10 Mbps internet (speed).
Must be able to handle confidential business relationship information.
Must have experience working within Google docs.
Must be highly organized, with the ability to stay on task and follow instructions as provided.
Must be willing to ask questions to gain clarity whenever necessary.

Starting the responsibilities will be around 10 hours per week.
