JOB OVERVIEW

Hi

I need a virtual assistant and an expert in photoshop to help me create image, resize, do special effects, etc. I am looking to hire someone full time for a long term job. I want someone who can be fully committed for many years. You also need to be able to work full time for 8 hours straight or close to full time, preferably from 9 p.m. to around 6 a.m..

I also want to add one little thing to test for creativity. At the bottom, for the word "win," change it to a different font and of a different color, etc. Make it flashy, visually appealing (like it's the first thing that catches your eye) and make sure it's still the same size and location. I value this part the most because I want to see what you can come up with.


Here are a couple of policies that I usually like to set in place before any kind of work.
1. Communication is very important

If you have any problem, you need to communicate with me right away, whether it is through skype or email. I also need to be able to reach you too so that if there are any problems, I can tell you what to do.

2. Timeliness is another must

My policy is to deduct 50% off of the pay for a day's work if the work that was supposed to be due from that day is not finished in time. Remember, if there are any problems, whether it's because you can't understand the instructions or something else, you need to contact me before the deadline so that I can personally explain it or so we can try to work something out.

Now if you understand all of that, answer the couple of questions at the bottom:

1. Do you agree to the policies above and will you be able to follow them?
2. Can you work full time? If not, how many hours?
3. Are you currently employed?
4. How much are you making a month from that job?
5. How long will that job last if you are employed?
6. Are you available to work from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. everyday, with a 1 hour lunch break at 12?
7. If not, what full time schedule are you able to work?
8. How much do you think you deserve for this job /hour and for a full complete month's work? (I do consider the price you put on your profile)
9. Leave your skype id so that I may contact you
10. How much experience do you have with Adobe Illustrator and vectorizing images?
11. How proficient are you with writing articles with proper English?
12. Please provide an article that you wrote.
13. Any experience with blogging and researching information?

If I hire you full time, I also need to mention that you must be able to respond on skype immediately if I have any problems within the 8 hours period that you are working. I expect answers to be almost instantaneous. I find communication to be the most important aspect and I place the highest priority on it. Failure to do so will lead to the ending of the job offer unless there are very special circumstances.

Like I mentioned before, I want to build a long lasting relationship for this long term job and these are critical components of it.
