Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst (Team Lead)

We are looking for a talented Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing team. In our firm, BI is the “oil in the gears” that enables our growth. We depend on accurate and reliable data sets to run our day-to-day operations. So it is crucial that the BI systems, data sets, and tools are promptly built and maintained.

The Senior BI Analyst will lead and manage the BI department. These duties will encompass all aspects of the BI department, including:
*Fully-understanding the systems and data operations of the firm and the BI Team
*Working with other departments to understand their needs and develop the tools needed to support them
*Systems administration and maintenance
*Data analysis & validation
*Tool development (MS Excel-based tools w/ VBA) as well as database tools & queries
*Work with Leadership Team and collaborate with key staff (both in the BI team and in other departments) to complete projects
*Identifying/Troubleshooting/Logging issues
*Maintaining industry standard security levels
*Looking for opportunities to improve operations

Starting Pay:
PHP 50,000/mo.

Start Date:
ASAP - February 15-28 (at the latest)

Work Schedule:
8 hours/day (continuous), M-F, with a minimum of 3 hours of overlap each day with supervisor working 9a-5p EST.
1. Option1(overlap with start of manager’s shift): 4p - 1a PHT
2. Option 2 (overlap with end of manager’s shift): 3a - 12p PHT

Other Requirements:
Fluent in written & spoken English
Must have a high speed Internet connection capable of supporting video and voice calls
Must have a robust Windows computer (capable of running large queries and managing large datasets in MS Excel or other software)
Must have a clear webcam and microphone
