Amazon Business Operations Analyst (Virtual)

We are an e-commerce company in our third year selling on Amazon. We sell physical home goods products. We are currently a team of 4 and growing. We are all completely remote and operate independently. This position will be fluid, evolving, and challenging - expect it to create opportunities for growth and learning, in particular about Amazon businesses.

Who you are:
We are looking for a full time Amazon Expert to join our team, someone who enjoys breaking routine and working independently in a dynamic environment. You are a go-getter that is willing to learn new things. You can research topics online. You have a great internet connection that has over 95% up-time. You have semi flexible hours, so we can schedule weekly calls in different time zones. You have AMAZING American English. You don’t mind working just a little bit on weekends. You are a team player with a high level of productivity.

• You can do 4 out of 5 of the following Google sheets tasks with ease:
-Create pivot tables
-Create drop-down lists
-Apply conditional formatting
-Build formulas to calculate numbers, validate and manipulate data
-Create dashboard reports with data visualization
• You enjoy creating new Google sheets to manage data, create processes and improve data output.
• Your spoken English is good and are able to have a spoken conversation EASILY.
• Your written American English is VERY GOOD, you can clearly articulate your points and write with ease - without the use of translation software.
• You enjoy working independently

The following are not mandatory, but would be an major asset to this role:
• Experience working on Amazon seller Central
• Experience working with customer service
