Fashion Company - Deep Research & problem solving. (Long-Term)

Our company Topfoxx, sells high-end women’s eyewear and located in New York! We are looking for two long-term employees to join our Topfoxx family (an all women team but can hire males too!). You will start off as virtual assistant, copywriter and problem solver type work and then after assessing your skills will try to put you into a more fitting role in our company (this may be in marketing, social media, copywriting, wholesale, etc).

Long term & Full time 30-40 hour job, M-F 9am-6pm EST (night shift). Rate starts at $4 (negotiable) an hour, depending on experience and talent.

We care about your attitude, work ethic, intelligence and going above & beyond to be in this competitive field. Experience is not needed as long as you are someone who is willing to learn, has grit & perseverance, attention to detail, respectful and self motivated (since it’s virtual). Everything can be learned, read and tested (as learning is not the same thing as actually trying it out, seeing what you think can work). We need someone who will research, learn & grow, bring innovative ideas & take risks trying new things. The internet moves fast and you will need to move with it’s ever changing environment. Mostly you will be on instagram.

You must be professional, organized & have good time management to apply.

Preferably you have:
-Good spoken and written English to apply.
-Social media, specifically instagram savvy and be a frequent user of it, plus familiarity with Facebook.
-Understanding and knowledge of the female fashion & beauty industry, influencers, and trends.
-Experience or good understanding of digital marketing.
-Can handle fast-paced environment, be on top of all projects and finish them in a timely manner.
-Detail oriented, the ideal candidate is picky and ensures details are not missed while still focusing on the big picture, like writing pink in the title when applying.

Tasks include:
-Deep research & General Research - This will be the majority of your job, researching whatever that comes up and gathering all the possible last information out there on a certain subject and formatting it into a concise and relevant matter to the team.
-Problem Solving issues that comes up
-Competitor Analysis - What ideas, presentation, website layout, social media, influencer programs and selling techniques are competitors using. What is working or not and what we should be trying or applying.
