ActiveCampaign Email Marketing Virtual Assistant

About us:

Hi, I'm Joe,

I run an email marketing agency focused on helping businesses personalize their message at scale.

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with experience using ActiveCampaign, including basic automation building and email broadcast setup.

We want someone who is interested in becoming deeply familiar with our marketing setup.

Ideally, you will also enjoy thinking strategically and creatively to solve problems and working proactively to identify possible problems.

Please also tell me about your experience using ActiveCampaign and building automations.

Responsibilities
- Create automations using ActiveCampaign.
- Communicating and updating task progress in Asana.
- Communicating with team members in Slack.
- Working with team members to ensure that projects are moving forward on schedule.
- Providing daily reports on project progress and sticking points.
- Minimal data entry.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
- Good knowledge and experience with ActiveCampaign.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience using Asana and Slack.
- Very high level of attention to detail - this is a MUST.
- Willingness to help on a variety of tasks, as needed.
- Commitment to hit deadlines.
