Remote VA Collection Specialist

VA Collections I Position ($4.5 US$, Monthly Bonus Opportunity, ISP Stipend monthly *after probationary period ) Remote Position

iCare manages consumer programs while helping businesses grow their bottom line.

Duties include;
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills
?Previous experience with memorizing rebuttals
?Previous experience setting payment arrangements in line with company requirements.
?Ability to multi-task in an small call center environment, with minimum 2 years collections/BPO experience required
?Ability to completingUpgrade to see actual infocalls per day (inbound and outbound)
?Data entry for documentation and handling of escalated client issues.
?Proficient in the use of multiple computer systems
?Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
?Critical thinking and problem solving
?Professional phone presence a must
?Ability to self-manage and self-motivate to meet individual and team goals.
?Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
?Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
?Ability to effectively communicate specific debts within the guidelines of FDCPA regulations
