Virtual Assistant that has experience with Instagram Management, Content Creation and LinkedIn.

We are looking for an individual that can be part of a team of two female founders and grow with us on two businesses that we are building.
The right candidate has to be able to manage and have full control of content creation for two social media accounts that can be shared from Instagram, to Facebook, Facebook Groups and LinkedIn Accounts.

THE MAIN WORK FOR INSTAGRAM IS THE FOLLOWING:
- Plan and organize posts throughout the year
- Inspirational thoughts, funny memes and according to Brand guide (daily, weekly and monthly).
- Liking, following, commenting, DM’ing
- Grid creation (the posts)
- Have the right Captioning for those posts
- Stories Creation (and highlight creation)
- Share posts or images relevant to our services for both accounts
- Communicate with followers on a regular basis or responding to comments
- Including reply to messages
- Engage with people by creating the right surveys or other promotional activities.
- Bio/Profile clean-up when needed
- Visit followers page and like their pictures or posts or ---------- addition, the right candidate needs to be aware of newly launched products or services within similar fields.

For a closer future, the ideal candidate has to be able to start managing and lead the blog and bring people to that site of each business.

As IG doesn't like it when anything looks inauthentic we are ideally looking for an EU based candidate as we do not want to be blocked, or even ---------- LIVERABLES:
- Have a monthly schedule for posts on grids, stories and more ready by last Friday each month.
- Weekly social media growth strategy

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent knowledge on Powerpoint or Keynote
- Good knowledge on 1 - 2 Instagram management tool
- 2 - 4 years of experience with managing social media channels
- Be able to work at least 20 hours per week for the next 6 months
