Product Marketing and Development Virtual Position for Ecommerce Company - Full Time, Long Term, and Well Paying

We are a USA based business selling our own custom branded products on Amazon USA. We are in the top 1% of all Amazon sellers and are looking for a creative, consumer product focused individual to work on marketing and product development for new products we are adding to our brand. Our suppliers are in China and you will be in direct contact with them. The time commitment will be a minimum of 40 hours/wk and you must not be working for any other companies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Marketing: Putting together product listings on Amazon using our in house systems. Working with photographers, graphic designers, copywriters to make listings that sell.
- Product Design/Development: Brainstorming new ideas on how to make products better and potentially sourcing these products from Alibaba

In terms of the skills you need for this job, the single most important thing is that you are a “product person”. You need to be able to look at products, understand what people like/dont like, suggest improvements, and be able to come up with ways on how showcase a product to make people want to buy it. - Past marketing or design/development experience is a plus

- You can work independently and can be a leader when it comes to your tasks and projects
- You are able to handle many tasks at once - we are a small company and you will likely be assigned tasks outside of your core job role, flexibility is important.
