JOB OVERVIEW

Acquisitions Specialist
This position requires any attention to detail, a high aptitude for sales and negotiation, organization, and excellent communication skills. We are also looking for self-starters who can oversee and manage a high volume of projects successfully with very little or no direction. Finally, the successful candidate will have experience working in sales in addition to Disposition Management. A realtor’s license is not a requirement of the job but would be helpful in understanding our market.
Acquisition Specialists are required to interact with sellers of real property. They are responsible for calling all new incoming leads back promptly, screening for motivation, over the phone to secure a purchase contract that will result in an acceptable profit. They are also responsible for following up with existing leads in the database and nurturing those leads until they are ready to do Upgrade to see actual info addition to securing purchase contracts, acquisition Specialist are required to interact with the disposition team in preparing the contract for resale by scheduling inspections, providing comparable sales data, handling any needed price reductions, and assisting the disposition team in communication with the seller if needed
This position salaried and bonus based.
Part-Time to start 4 days a week x 4hrs $4hr
Get House Under Contract $50
Close Deal $150

Responsibilities:
• Work with entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth.
• Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company.
• Provide company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Help to develop and implement improvements strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue.
• Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
• Must know how to comp real estate
• Must have a dialer
• Must know how to use a dialer
• Must have cold call experience
• Must have speak fluent English
• Must know how to analyze Real Estate to make offers to seller
• Must know how to complete Real estate Contracts
• 2 years of experience in real estate
• knowledge of Microsoft Programs; Word, Excel
Knowledge of Zillow, Property Shark, Propstream, Facebook, YouTube, Realtor.com, and REI Rail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be fluent in English. Other languages are a plus
• Polished and professional demeanor, including a positive attitude, confidence and high level of self- motivation
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with colleagues at all levels within the corporation
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in the environment

Within 14 days of on-boarding:
• Became proficient in setting tasks, completing tasks, and managing tasks using ABCDE Method
• Proficient in creating offers, and emailing offers if necessary
• Articulate acceptable acquisition prices for property
• Should have started to have practiced calling some of the companies colder leads and making offers.
Within 21 Days of on-boarding:
• Maintaining a minimum of 50 outbound follow up calls a day
• Sending out a minimum of 25 offers a week
• Able to give cold callers advice of talking with homeowners and pre-qualifying leads
• Fully understands and knows how to navigate all of the company’s acquisitions software’s and tools
Within 30 Days of on-boarding:
• Secured first purchase contract at an acceptable profit for the company
• Built numerous personal relationships with customers
• Fully understands follow up routine for every lead in our system
Within 60 Days of on-boarding:
• Self-efficient and able meet all KPI’s without being micromanaged
• Securing a minimum of 4 (four) purchase contracts a month.
• Averaging a minimum of 15k gross profit per deal
