We're a full service real estate firm, seeking a full time social media marketer, well experienced in Photoshop or canva (photo and video editing softwares or platforms), to work with us 5 days per week. The ideal candidate will:
1. Have quick and dependable internet connection, & can show up each day to communicate with our team via
2. Be able to speak & most importantly write English at a high level
3. Be able to work around 40 hours/ 5 days per week, including Monday - Friday. We're on the US CST Central Standard Time Zone and need assistance starting each day at 8am until 5pm.
4. Be very detail oriented on tasks, such as with proofreading for spelling errors in sending messages/emails; and with creating/updating properties for our social media accounts as needed.
5. Be able to work as our customer service support, outside of social media and graphic design, which means you'll be responding to new and current property inquiries. We have a system in place and full training will be provided, but the perfect candidate must be aware that this isn't graphic designing only; that's just a part of our complete Social media marketer support position we're looking to fill.
This position is long term, with the potential to have a career which will last years. We also offer the right candidate a flexible work schedule once you're trained on each task. The first month of training, will be $2/hour; After 3 months at the latest, we'll increase the pay to $3/hour.
