Looking for Virtual Assistant

Looking for an awesome VA to help me with my growing business. Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

I'll also be on hand to answer any questions you may have as we go - I understand some things will just take time to learn.

I am specifically looking for the following things:

- Is meticulous with their work/takes pride in what they do. Cares about their work, knowing it has a positive effect on others.

- Good with managing their time. I need to know that if you say you will be available Monday through to Wednesday at such and such a time, you actually are, and that you are working during those times (provided I gave you enough tasks to keep you busy!).

- Proactive. If you have no current tasks from me, chase me up for more work, or go looking for work yourself.

- Able to communicate fast and confidently via email - both to me and also to 3rd parties for outreach strategies for marketing. English spelling and grammar needs to be top level.

- Some knowledge of internet marketing is a plus. I'm *not* looking for someone who thinks SEO is social bookmarking, directory submissions and blog commenting etc.

Instead, the SEO knowledge should be more "big picture" oriented, such as knowing the benefit of *assets* that can *attract* links, and how those can be developed.

- Have knowledge of common social media marketing platforms would be a bonus - ie Sprout Social or Hootsuite or even Buffer.

The position will start as a "part-time" basis, and will hopefully grow fairly quickly both in terms of time requirement, as well as salary.

I am an honest believer that a company's biggest assets are it's people, and therefore look after "my people" as well as I can.
