Podcast Editor/Graphics Creator/Copywriter

Starting 10 hours/week with opportunity for 20 hours/week.
Skills/Responsibilities:
* Must be proficient in English and proper Grammar for editing and copywriting skills
* Raw Podcast Editing - View/listen to our launched podcasts here: ----------
• Listen to weekly podcast audio
• Make edits and cuts for optimal audience experience
• Add custom intros, midrolls, outros
• Determine best 1-minute clip for Instagram/social media and extract/upload clip
• Upload podcast to youtube, website, etc.
* Graphics Design
• Create weekly graphics for podcast
• Create digital flipbook/yearbook for members – We are in the process of launching a “Members Index” which would list about 100 members, their contact info, interests, etc. Needs to be interactive with photos and clickable elements.
* Website Management
• Upload podcasts and additional resources to website (Wordpress)
* Copywriting
• Research and create informative Real Estate Investing content for blogs and social media
