Customer Service Advisor- French Speaker

Laura James is an online based retailer in the UK. We sell furniture to the UK as well as Europe. We sell mainly on our website but we also sell through Amazon, eBay, CDiscount, Manomano and Wayfair.

On a day to day basis, the VA will respond to customer's inquiries via email only. The VA will need to be able to speak fluently both English and French to assist covering the incoming French emails, as well as supporting the management with the CDiscount account and metrics.

Ideally we are asking for the VA to have a good typing speed to help with the performance, and he/she will need to be computer literate as well as having a strong enough Internet connection.

The VA will also need to prove their customer service skills: ability to write professional responses, showing empathy, being able to resolve problems and assist with customer's queries following the company's policy.
