We invite you to apply if…
- You already have a great web design portfolio you’re proud of, and you’re looking to apply your talents to greater challenges and grow your skills
- You are proficient in at least one of the following (the more the better): Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
- You have at least 4 years of formal experience and training as a web designer, with at least 2 years of experience with client work (for an agency or as a freelancer).
- You love collaborating with a virtual team, and you’re also strong in self and time-management without much daily guidance
- You are consistent in your communication and accountable in your work, and can sometimes work on multiple projects under tight deadlines. You work well under pressure and can stay calm and creative.
- You are committed to a career as a creative designer / artist for many years to come, and looking for an opportunity to do your best work.
- You have consistent creative inspiration and you have tools to work yourself through creative block.
- You are inspired to grow and to become better each day at what you do and who you are. You love looking for new trends and inspiration in the digital creative world.
- You use AI to help with inspiration, but you don't lean on it too heavily, it's mainly for inspiration and to uplevel your skills.

- You are a beginner designer and do not have a portfolio you’re proud of yet
- You are an agency or you want to keep working with multiple clients long term (we are looking for a fully committed artist)
- You are primarily a developer (while we appreciate coding skills, this role is for talented creative designers - who we call Digital Artists)
- You are an ineffective or inconsistent communicator (it’s okay if your English isn’t perfect, though we do require that you pay attention to details and communicate consistently)
-You have a hard time delivering things on time and buckle under pressure of tight timelines

STEP 3: If you followed the instructions and if we think you might be a fit, we’ll schedule a Zoom interview and will offer a test project (we will pay hourly for this) to see how we work together.

Compensation: We start at $850/month and will consider a higher starting rate for very experienced and talented artists. Your income will also grow as you work with us and demonstrate your creative abilities.
