I am a Recruiter working for a well-funded cryptocurrency start-up in New York City. The company is growing rapidly and my job has become overwhelming. I am looking for a qualified VA who has experience sourcing candidates across many different departments such as:
Compliance
Customer Service
Operations
Reporting & Analytics
Compliance
Note: this job is 100% sourcing and WILL NOT REQUIRE you to phone screen the candidates who are all in New York.
Attributes I require:
*A highly motivated individual who is deadline oriented
*Background of LinkedIn Recruiter
*Previous work in recruitment or sourcing of 3-5 years minimum
What you will do:
*Bring passion and pride to the job every single day.
*Use your detective skills to find and engage candidates through the use of Linkedin Recruiter
*Build talent pipelines and projects through Linkedin Recruiter and excel
*Screen resumes and LinkedIn profiles, reach out to professionals via
*Help schedule and coordinate interviews and phone calls

2) Tell me about ALL the sourcing methods you have experience using. I also would like to know the NAMES and INDUSTRY of companies you have worked for and the departments (Sales, IT/Tech, Marketing, Product, Design...etc.) you have worked in
3) Please tell me what volume you can handle...what is the number of qualified candidates you can source in one day? I ask this becuase I will judge this persons work based on the quality/quantity of people they source...
