Who are we?

We’re glad you asked!

I’m Laura (aka Physio Laura).

I run ---------- and ---------- with my husband J.A… and we’ve got big plans that might just involve you!

I am a women’s health physiotherapist from Australia who loves helping pregnant and post-natal women have wonderful pregnancy and post-natal ---------- ysio Laura is a blog that we plan on building out with lots of content on pregnancy and post-natal topics.

The Pregnancy Posse is changing the way women experience pregnancy, birth and post-natal recovery. The Posse is an online membership site for pregnant women that guides women week-by-week throughout their pregnancies.

We are about to launch a pregnancy podcast, create an app for the Pregnancy Posse and launch the Post-Natal Posse.

Eek… I’m excited just typing about all of this!

Currently, it’s just me and my husband in the business. My husband also has another separate business and we have 2 young kids… so to keep up with our growth and bring our big plans to life we need an awesome team.

We need our own fabulous Posse!

Who are we looking for?

If you’ve made it this far you must be keen. Time to talk specifics…well sort of…

We are looking for help with various different tasks and will be hiring multiple different people.

You can work from home at a time that suits you. We can be flexible with hours worked as long as the work gets done.

So don’t be overwhelmed by the tasks we are looking to hire for… they won’t all be handled by you.

We are realistic and realise you’re not superhuman.

However…

We are looking for super humans :-)

If you’re the right person, we can craft a role that suits your skills and what you love doing.

We know if you love what you do, you will create amazing things!

Both my husband and I taught ourselves to do everything we do in the business from scratch. So we know that with the right attitude and a little patience, you will be able to grow with us even if you don’t have lots of experience.

We have a big long term vision. We know we have the potential to change the way women experience their pregnancy and post-natal journeys… and this won’t happen overnight and without lots of work.

How exciting!

To achieve this, we need a team that is keen to learn, loves challenging themselves (and us) and most of all… is committed to wowing our lovely Posse members.

And of course, let’s have lots of fun along the way!

We have high standards… so we will expect a lot. And you should expect a lot from us too.

We will always be fair and provide any support you need.

What will you do?

Assisting with weekly newsletters - creating content and scheduling in Active Campaign

Assisting with research for blog articles, newsletters, awareness campaigns, podcast topics etc
Database management and updating email contacts
Assist with publishing blogs and maintaining Wordpress site
Researching new developments and trends within the pregnancy and women’s health industry
Help provide feedback and suggestions on how we can systemise our processes and automate things better
Podcast guest outreach and promotion
Assist with bookkeeping in Xero
Assist with managing and co-ordinating any freelancers and contractors

Customer support (managing member cancellations, login issues, member enquiries, payment queries, sales enquiries etc)
Filter and reply to comments on social media (Facebook and Instagram)
Personalised onboarding videos via Bonjoro - smile!
