TAC Virtual Assistant

At Acoustic Life, Inc you’ll be working with Tony and the team to help complete miscellaneous projects and make sure team members get the support they need quickly and with efficiency.

At Tony’s Acoustic Challenge, we know that guitar players can feel alone and get stuck because of endless choices for improving at guitar. We’ve created a fun guitar learning method that gives guitar players focus, a consistent feeling of progress, and a connection to like-minded people so they can achieve their wildest guitar dreams and live more fulfilling lives.

Please note, that although you’ll need to be comfortable with the responsibilities on this list, more importantly as our Virtual Assistant, you'll need to be flexible and proactive, taking on any additional task that comes your way and letting us know where you can be of further assistance.

Responsibilities may include:
•Complete various tasks and projects as assigned from Tony and the Community Team.
•Virtually attend weekly meetings at 11:30am MT on Fridays.
•Collect and enter data from various sources.
•Track questions and responses for future use.
•Collect and organize success stories and website bugs on a spreadsheet.
•Create and proofread emails, articles, or posts.
•Reach out and follow up with vendors, customers, and companies.
•Reach out to members for gifts and prizes.
•Download and upload videos and photos.
•Follow up with emails and overlooked tasks.
•Answer FB questions and moderate groups.
•Brainstorm and co-create ideas, deadlines, goals.
•Assist in creating manuals and guides.
•Take meeting notes.
•Help create arrangements for in-person meetups.
•Keep up with and remind people of upcoming deadlines.
•Schedule interviews and various calls.
•Follow our Standard Operating Procedures to ensure each step is completed and each message is answered.
•Create & improve Standard Operating Procedures as needed.
•Show kindness and compassion to each person you engage with.
•Maintain Acoustic Life’s voice, brand, and culture in each outside interaction.
•Other various assigned projects or tasks on an as-needed or ongoing basis.

Job Type: Virtual independent contractor, ranging from 10-20 hours per week, with the possibility to grow into more hours as needed in the future.
