Seeking Talented Web Master/SEO Expert with Marketing Skills

We are a growing real estate investment firm seeking a motivated and talented SEO/Web Developer to run our websites and help us generate more leads online. We use a WordPress platform called Investor Carrot and you can see more about it at www.oncarrot.com .

This will be a full time long term position so we want to hire the right candidate. In addition to have excellent SEO skills we want someone that is good with online marketing. Someone creative that can think of strategies to generate more leads not just by SEO, but posting in different places, etc.. The person we hire will also must be willing to learn about our industry and research topics, watch educational training seminars, etc.. and become a master in this field. We are only looking for a person who wants a position in a company they can grow with long term.

The Ideal Candidate Is:
- Must be able to start immediately
- An Expert in SEO/WordPress
- Expert in Lead Generation
- Expert in Online Marketing
- Can strategically plan SEO and Marketing Campaigns
- Preferably has experience in the real estate industry
- Fluent in both writing and speaking English
- Willing to learn

- Can come up with processes, procedures, filing systems, etc if needed

This position will report directly to the President of the company. Our partners collectively closed over 1,000 investment properties to hedge funds last year alone. This company is an expansion into the actual investment of real estate so there is huge potential to grow. Pay will be every week after the work is completed. No exceptions.
