Banx for Institutions is a consulting firm that helps banks to establish new correspondent banking relationships and be compliant with global KYC requirements. BFI offers outsourced KYC-on-boarding services for correspondent banks. For each bank we on-board, we conduct a risk-based enhanced due diligence. We manage the on-boarding process by obtaining all related documents and information but also conduct an onsite visit to the bank’s main domicile. BFI has a focus on Africa.
PayCompliance is a compliance consulting and corporate service provider for the payments industry. We consult on compliance matters and the regulatory framework including anti-money laundering in Hong Kong, Singapore, Lithuania, and the UK. We also help financial institution startups to obtain a license for their banking or non-banking financial activities across multiple jurisdictions.
Both companies have the same Shareholder and many of our 25 clients from various continents are buying services from both companies. For our Asian team, we are looking for a Relationship Manager in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
Communicate with our clients in English;
Manage our service providers' network of notaries, authorities, regulators, etc.;
Administrate the group's and the group's client’s corporate affairs;
Improve the data and information flow and deliver ongoing reporting for the management;
Manage financial licence applications for payment institutions;
Web research analysis, documentation, and reporting of compliance and legal-related topics;
Assist other client relationship managers with admin requests;
Provide (in-depth) research, summarise documents, and communicate with project team members;
Create banking markets overview including the setup and background of banks;
Manage data in and outside our CRM system;
Requirements:
Top English writing skills. Spanish or French language skills will be beneficial.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in banking and/or corporate services experience;
Excellent client relationship management skills;
A degree in business, management or banking;
Strong sales and new business development skills;
Strong presentation and communication skills; able to listen, guide and influence our clients;
Drive and motivation to work in a target driven and high-performance client-centric culture;
Understand and comply with the regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to our products and services;
Good listening skills to gather, complete, understand and evaluate tasks given.
Ability to play multiple team roles to take a project from beginning to end;
A very strong interpersonal and communication skills, be adept at working with clients at all levels
