JOB OVERVIEW

We are a real estate company looking for individuals to help support our inbound leads through various channels (facebook messenger, craigslist, emails and our website).

You will be responsible for responding to inbound leads over these channels, qualifying them using criteria and scripts we provide, and scheduling appointments through our booking system.

We are looking for 2-3 freelancers to support us.

Requirements:
- Previous real estate support experience (preferred)
- Familiar with customer support software (Crisp preferred)
- Familiar with live messaging platforms (facebook, website chat)
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Fluent english
- Fast response times
- Ability to document cases, issues, and route to other team members
