Retargeting and Social Media Marketing Expert

Looking for someone who can run video Facebook & Instagram ads (that I will create) and target 30-60 year olds in a specific city with a way to retarget those that click on the ad. Also, I'd like to retarget advertise people who go to certain pages of my website. Then I'd like to create a Facebook & Instagram Ad where the audience that I'd like to retarget has about 10 pieces of content (that I will create) show up in their feed of other friend's posts that rotate in an order that I have planned out.

Job Candidate Requirements:

- Must provide a minimum of 5 references from past clients from Canada.
- Must have strong English writing and speaking ability
- Must be able to do the work within 2 weeks
- Must be able to work with Wordpress to implement retargeting
- Experience with Squarespace to implement retargeting as well preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience working with clients in the Real Estate Industry an asset, but not mandatory
