JOB DETAILS:

You will provide support in the following areas:

• Learn and adapt our brand personality & core values. Improve your understanding of our products to help provide amazing customer service.
• Answer customer support tickets through Gorgias (it’s a Shopify app similar to Zendesk) or on other social media channels.
• Manage different apps such as customer reviews & photo contents to boost team performance.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in eCommerce Shopify platform, Gorgias (even better)
• Conversational in speaking English & advance in writing
• Quick learner to use new software applications such as Slack, Monday, etc
