Draft and Update Job Description
Sourcing of applicants and scheduling for exam and interview
Administration, Evaluation and interpretation of employment examination
Maintain company's database of applicants
Processing and completion of requirements of the new hires
Preparation of 201 Files and Contracts for incoming employees
Conduct Orientation/ Employee On boarding
Conduct exit interviews
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
Purchasing, monitoring and liquidation of supplies, materials and equipment in the office
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintain and update company databases
Coordinate with building admin regarding permits, contracts and other concerns of the office
Update bulletin board on Company events and important announcements
Answer queries by employees and clients
Schedule in-house and external events
Clerical and other tasks analogous to the foregoing
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Handles monthly remittances of government contributions (SSS, PAGIBIG, Philhealth, BIR)
Administer company HMO program and act as liaison officer between the Company and HMO Provider
In charge of preparation of annual reports including BIR 2316
In charge of validating the alphalist and its submission to BIR
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent.
Good Verbal and Written English communication skills
Knowledgeable in payroll, compensation and benefits and government mandated benefits
Willing to be trained and work in a fast paced environment
With high level of proficiency in operating electronic accounting system and the relevant computer applications like MS Excel, MS Word, & PowerPoint and ADOBE
Details oriented
Candidates who are willing to start ASAP will be prioritized
REMARKS:
This is a FULL TIME POSITION.
Willing to work on a flexible schedule- Weekends and Holidays
Will be assigned to One Corporate Center, Ortigas Office
