Game Operations Specialists for Non-voice account/Open for Fresh Grads

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any course
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience with community management via forums and various social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) is a plus
Experience playing different MMORPGs is a definite plus
Experience playing Video Game across different genres and platforms is a plus
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Excellent comprehension and problem solving skills
Ability to comprehend and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications
Strong interpersonal skills
Good data entry and typing skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center
Applicants must be willing to work on holidays & on shifting schedule
