JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! We're a growing digital marketing company looking to hire a Digital Marketing VA who is interested in learning more about digital marketing through steady and stress-free work. This is a long-term position with possibilities for growth.

You would be working and learning about Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO, SEM (Google/Bing Ads), Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, Blogging, Sales Funnel Marketing, Graphic Design and Photo Editing, Chatbot Messenger Marketing -- virtually everything digital marketing!

REQUIRED Resources:
* High-Speed Internet: You must have access to a high-speed internet connection.
* Private Personal Computer: You must have access to a RELIABLE and PRIVATE computer. (For your own personal work use, not shared with other people.)

REQUIRED Skills:
* English: Read and write English proficiently. Excellent writing skills are a must.
* Virtual Assistant: Proficient and efficient at basic online tasks, admin, and project management, Google Suite - Docs, Sheets.
* Analysis: Perform basic data and information analysis.
* Digital Marketing - Basic: ~1 Year experience with digital marketing platforms and terms.

Basic knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing is required, but you don't need to be an expert. You will receive training through world-class courses and software platforms.

REQUIRED Abilities:
* Ability to follow instructions carefully.
* Careful attention to detail
* Be teachable and coach-able
* Quick learner
* Excellent communication skills.
* Have a strong desire to learn digital marketing

PRIORITY Skills (Applicants with these skills will be given priority consideration):
* WordPress Webmaster and Development: Domain setup, hosting setup/migration, and complete WordPress website setup (theme customization, SSL, plugin setup)
* SEO: Keyword Research, Competitor Research, Title, Meta Description, Image ALT tags, Schema Markup, Header tags, Index Optimization, Content Marketing.
* Software/Platforms - Experience with any of the following or other digital marketing software: ClickFunnels, GetResponse, ActiveCampaign, ManyChat, Canva, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
* Digital Marketing - Intermediate / Advanced: 2+ Years of experience using digital marketing platforms and terms.

Example of Assignments:
- email newsletters set up and sending
- creating and documenting processes
- blog content writing and rewriting
- Wordpress site admin, content upload
- website content editing- keyword / competitor research
- social media scheduling
- creating/editing simple graphics

Hours: 25 hours/week

Salary: Paid 4 week trial. Then 4 weeks paid weekly, then monthly salary paid every 1st of the month PROMPTLY. 13th Month Pay based on months working (MonthlySalary/12 x MonthsWorked). Hours and/or Salary will increase as your skills develop.

Schedule: Upgrade to see actual info firm working hours, you simply complete your assigned work on your own schedule (freelancer-like system). Occasional video conference meetings will be scheduled.

Additional Benefits: Access to world-class digital marketing courses, training, and software to learn new skills. We will literally be paying you to learn digital marketing. 13th Month pay based on months working (MonthlySalary/12 x MonthsWorked).

Work-Life Preview - This is what you can expect a typical day/week to look like:
You will see your assigned tasks on Asana. There will be documented instructions for you to learn/follow for each task. You complete as many tasks as you can within your workable hours each week. You write a short daily and weekly Check-In/Report (Work Progress/Questions/Suggestions) for your team leader. Your team leader will give you feedback and answer your questions. Next week you pick up where you left off.

Hiring Process:

5. Week Trial (PAID) - I will inform you if you are hired for a weekly trial period.
6. Monthly Position - I will inform you if you are hired permanently.
