Business Development & Sales Executive

We are seeking a reliable, ethical, driven and results-oriented Business Development and Sales Executive for a highly respected, multi-award-winning psychological consultancy based in Asia. Much of the work we do is with an international client-base, online; whilst we also work with local clients from offices in Singapore and Hong Kong across Asia.

The successful individual will work hard to take the business to the next level. We are looking to increase sales of our online training courses and our online psychometric assessment software during 2020, as well as refresh awareness of our highly respected training courses which we run in Singapore and Hong Kong. The position is expected to be ongoing for the right candidate, but we do expect excellence in terms of the requirements of the role and in relation to the skills listed. Given our hard-earned position in our field and the fact that we work with the highest tier of clients, including multiple government departments in Singapore, the incumbent must have a quality focus, excellent English (written and spoken) and a hungry passion to do well and exceed client expectations. Our psychologist consultants are busy on their own training and consulting assignments and so the successful candidate should be fully capable of working well independently after initial training. This means arriving on-time every day without fail, working at a professional speed, prioritising and managing time appropriately to ensure tasks are completed by deadlines, whilst clients are dealt with professionally and within our quality of service framework.
