Job Description
- Assist Marketing Manager in strategising, planning and implementation of digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM,
- Support and collaborate with the rest of the remote digital marketing team in the Philippines (Content/Social Media Specialist and Graphic Artist)
- Assist in managing all marketing automation tools and platforms
- Identify and recommend innovative digital marketing solutions/tools and pitch new business ideas to improve processes and work flow
- Take the lead in PPC Marketing (Google Adwords/Facebook/Linkedin) and ensure campaign implementation is according to best practice and within budget
- Regularly measure and report performance of all campaigns against ROI goals and KPIs
- Potentially assist in servicing other clients other than Chan & Naylor
Candidates must have:
- Passion in everything and anything digital. Hunger to learn more and improve. Willingness to find solutions to digital marketing roadblocks.
- Excellent English communications skills and comfortable presenting to board members via video calls
- At least 5 years experience in Digital Marketing, ideally from a Professional services industry (accounting, finance, mortgage brokering, loans)
- Relevant experience in managing/running Google
- Advanced Knowledge in Wordpress website maintenance and Campaign Monitor (or similar
- Strong project management skills, ideally with experience in Asana, Hubstaff Task (or similar tools like Trello)
- Must have basic knowledge in marketing automation tools like Zapier and form builders like Formsite.
- Basic HTML skills is a plus
- Top level understanding of web design and development including UI/UX, conversion rate optimisation.
- As this person will be working remotely, candidate must have access to high speed internet, a proper computer set up with monitor (not just a laptop)
